The Jamaica Creative Access Fund (JCAF) is an intensive five-day creative entrepreneurship and digital skills accelerator designed to identify, train, and showcase emerging Jamaican creative talent.

J-CAF transforms creative potential into economic opportunity. By combining entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and industry access, the program equips emerging Jamaican creatives to build sustainable careers, launch scalable ventures, and contribute meaningfully to the nation's creative economy.

Powered by investment from the Universal Service Fund (USF), J-CAF develops high-potential creative entrepreneurs into future economic leaders while increasing the creation of authentic Jamaican digital content maximizing the social and economic impact of universal internet access across the island.

WHY WE’RE DOING THIS
In Jamaica, we are used to the saying "Use your hand make fashion" which means to be resourceful with the resources that one has access to. While thousands of talented creatives
with exceptional artistic ability lack access to entrepreneurial training, digital literacy, networks, mentorship, and funding. JCAF was developed to
transform raw talent into thriving, sustainable
careers. 

 

HOW IT WORKS: THE ACCELERATOR FRAMEWORK
Through a rigorous 5-day hands-on curriculum, participants undergo high-impact training in digital and business
competencies. The initiative culminates in a national pitch competition and talent showcase, providing direct financial
assistance, high-visibility media exposure, and ongoing mentorship.
