Refund policy

At My Model University, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences and providing exceptional opportunities for our students to thrive in the modeling industry. To ensure fairness and transparency for all parties, we have established the following No Refund Policy on School Programs:

  1. Course Fees

    All payments made towards tuition, workshops, events, or any other services provided by My Model University are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

    Upon enrollment and payment, students are expected to fully commit to their respective courses and schedules. Failure to attend or complete any course or program does not entitle the student to a refund or credit.

  3. Cancellations or Postponements by My Model University

    In the rare event that My Model University cancels or postpones a course, program, or event, students will be notified and given the option to either:

    Refund requests will not be entertained, except in extreme and extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness or family emergency, which must be substantiated with appropriate documentation. Any decisions regarding such cases will be made at the sole discretion of My Model University administration.

  5. Third-Party Payment Platforms

    Please note that any transaction fees incurred through third-party payment platforms are also non-refundable, as they are charged by the payment service providers and not by My Model University.

By enrolling in and making payments to My Model University, students acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

 

Policy for School Merch 

Purpose

This policy outlines the guidelines for the creation, distribution, and sale of official school merchandise (“Merch”) affiliated with My Model University (MU). It is designed to protect MU’s brand, ensure quality, and limit liability related to the production and use of merchandise.

Definitions

  • Merchandise (“Merch”): Any clothing, accessories, or promotional items bearing the name, logo, or any brand element associated with MU.

  • Official Merch: Items produced, approved, or distributed by MU or an authorized partner.

  • Third-Party Vendors: Any external manufacturer, supplier, or distributor not owned by MU.

Sales and Distribution

  • Merchandise may only be sold through official MU channels or by authorized sellers.

  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds/exchanges will only be processed within 7 days of purchase with valid proof.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper sizing and care instructions. MU is not liable for misuse, wear-and-tear, or washing damage.

Liability Disclaimer

  • MU is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by the use or misuse of any merchandise.

  • MU does not guarantee the availability of merchandise items at all times.

  • The purchase of MU merchandise does not grant the buyer any rights to MU’s brand, logo, or intellectual property.

Returns & Defective Items

  • Any item deemed defective must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

  • MU will replace defective items at its discretion or offer store credit where applicable.

  • MU is not liable for damages caused during transit by third-party shipping carriers.

Media and Marketing

  • By purchasing or receiving MU merch, customers consent to being photographed or filmed in the merchandise during events, which may be used in MU marketing, publications, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
